Formed 24th April 1909 as an Under 19's competition. Glebe captained by E. Reid, Bellerive, Battery Point captained by T. W. Lovett, vice-captain F. H. Mo.

Bellerive premiers, Glebe runner-up jumpers were yellow and blue with white knickers. Also included Battery Point and all games played at Bellerive oval.

Southern Tasmanian Junior Football Association

This competition played for the Scott Shield with teams from Standfast, captain L. Turner and premiers that year, North Hobart were runner-up and captained by N. Mc Williams, Glebe, whose captain was ? Hallam, Excelsior and captained by A. Westwood and C. Jones.

Denison Association

Clubs:  Derwent (Premiers), Lindisfarne (Runner's-up) and Glebe Juniors.

Suburban Football Association

The Competition played for the Derwent Shield, and used the Elwick Showground for their matches. Derwent Football Club declared Premeirs, Cananore (originally Glebe F. C.)  Runner's up and Lefroy Juniors made up the competition.
