Inter-State visitsThree Inter-State clubs came to Hobart to play one game each against the League.
The result of which, was a morale boosting year for the TFL when its combined League team defeated VFL club Melbourne in Hobart. On the deficit side, Port Adelaide (SA) and Richmond (VFL) won their respective games. Scores were : TFL 11.14 (80) defeated Melbourne 9.8 (62), Port Adelaide 7.13 (55) defeated TFL 6.6 (42) and Richmond 11.11 (77) defeated TFL 8.9 (57)
Kermandie Football AssociationConsisted of teams from Geeveston, Castle Forbes Bay and Kermandie.
This competition formed when Kermandie were left out of the Huon Football Association because of their late registration and lasted only one season.
King Islang Football AssociationCurrie and North were the only two teams.

Morgan, Rokeby, Margate, who also had two captains, B. Mudge & A. Cordwell, Woodsdale, Mt. Seymour, Sandfly, Swansea, Queensborough, Whiteford, Y.M.C.A., Runnymede, Spring Bay and Wellington Rovers.
It can be seen from the many teams involved and spread far and wide throughout the state, clubs were prepared to travel, irrespective of the transport and distance just to be involved in a game of Australian Rules!
