Clubs:  Linemen (Premiers) defeatied Sandy Bay.  Lindisfarne F. C.

Although Linemen's regular Captain was S. Demond, Dick Langford was appointed Captain for the Grand-final. No explaination as to why this occured.

Reformed on 21st April, 1920 at a meeting conducted at the Blue Bird Billard Room.

Lindisfarne oval used for all games.

Rialannah F. C. played only two games before going into recess.

Lindisfarne and Black Caps continued.
